The popular Thursdays at Surfside concert series begins tonight (6/20) at 7pm with one of the area’s favorite bands, the Sensational Soul Cruisers! The Avalon Free Public Library is proud to be a co-sponsor with the Avalon Recreation Department of this season’s entire run of concerts, and we look forward to seeing many of you there tonight and throughout the Summer! These concerts will run through September 5th and always begin at 7pm, except for July 4th, when the town will host a special concert highlighting local musicians followed by the annual fireworks display instead. So, mark your calendars, grab a chair or blanket, and head to Surfside Park for a season of great music!
